Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • ½ kg shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • ½ kg fresh ground pork
  • 1 pc red chili, sliced
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 30 pcs small lumpia wrappers
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups vegetable oil

Procedure

  • Wash all ingredients needed
  • Chop vegetables and spices
  • Saute meat then mix with vegetables
  • Flavored depends on taste
  • Separate wrappers into individual sheets and lay on a flat working surface.
  • Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture on the lower end of the wrapper, closest to you.
  • Fold the bottom of wrapper over filling and continue to roll tightly into a thin log about 3/4-inch thick. Wet the remaining edge of the wrapper with a dab of water to completely seal.
  • Fry until golden brown
  • READY TO SERVE!!
